Associate Advisor

Originally from Texas, I’ve hopped around quite a bit since my husband joined the military, and that journey has taken me down a long, winding, wonderfully unconventional road into financial planning. I started out in accounting and finance, eventually found myself in the nonprofit world, and somewhere along the way realized that all those experiences were giving me a perspective I wouldn’t trade for anything. I love working with people who dream big — the ones thinking outside the box, taking bold leaps, and wanting a guide who can help them make confident, values‑aligned decisions. To me, financial planning isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about helping you see yourself as the hero of your own story and giving you the clarity and tools to move forward with purpose. And while I enjoy every corner of financial planning, college financial planning and student loan advising stole my heart early on. Back when I worked in a university scholarship office, I watched families try to decode one of the most complicated systems out there. We’re talking about a quarter‑million‑dollar decision — and the college funding landscape looks nothing like it did when most parents went to school. That’s why this work matters so much to me. My goal is to help families cut through the noise, understand their options, and make informed, confident decisions about how to pay for college without losing their sanity in the process. I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, as well as a Certified College Financial Consultant and Certified Student Loan Professional. I earned both my Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and my Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, which gave me the technical foundation I lean on every day. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my two kids, our dog, and my husband — ideally near water, exploring somewhere new, or soaking up the everyday moments that make life feel full.
